Refund and Cancellation Policy
Hope you are enjoying the many flavors and health benefits of saurasya teas. However, for any reason if you would like to cancel the order or are unsatisfied with it, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org. We shall assist you with your queries and requests.
Kindly initiate any cancellation request within 24 hours of placing the order with us.
The products can be returned and refunded if found damaged or unfit for consumption when received.
We request you to place the request for replacement with specific reasons stated within 3 days of delivery. Write to us at email@example.com. It would make it easier for us if you attach a clear picture of the damaged product.
A cancellation or refund request can be initiated under the following circumstances:
· The product received is damaged or unfit for consumption.
· You received the wrong product.
· One of the products is missing. In this scenario, we will make sure that the missing product is shipped to you at the earliest. We request you to intimate us within 72 hours of receiving the order.
The refunds will be processed after thorough checks about the refund request. Kindly provide evident proof of the grievance stated to place a refund request.
· The refund once approved will be initiated within 7 working days.
· The amount will be refunded to the source account used to place the order.
· We are not liable to process any refunds if the request is not initiated within 3 days and the necessary evidence is not provided.
